The actual number is about 1 in 1000. I live on an island of about 100k. With the new industrial/medicinal demand increasing by 4 or 5 x in the past 5 yr and the new uses being found every day coupled with the depletion rate, manipulation, etf, bullion bank, futures, mining shorts, derivatives and other paper frauds creates a perfect storm for the parabolic rise in the price of silver. Ag will be the first element to declared extinct on the periodic table. When the paper holders realize they have oversold the physical by 100x the actual amount there is actually in the world, imagine what that will do to the price. Never mind the fact that there is 1/10 the quantity of silver (the second most used commodity in the world) to the quantity of gold.
Ag was the first money, the legal definition of a dollar is: Money.
